On the 4th May we will be holding our second weightlifting competition at Canterbury Strength Weight Lifting Club.
The competition will be for kids, women and men. For the adult categories we will factor in age for Master's lifters (over 35 years old).
Lifters will battle it out for the best Sinclair score in their group - a score based on their Snatch & Clean and Jerk total and their bodyweight. You DO NOT have to have competed before, this will be a great way to try out competitive weightlifting for beginners in a no pressure environment.
We will be kicking off from 11AM with the kids (Under 16s) competition. Men's and Women's categories will begin following the kids.

Mình thích nhất là họ nhắc ngay chuyện phải kiểm tra đúng link trước khi đăng nhập, kiểu nhắc nhẹ nhưng rõ ràng, nhìn kỹ tên miền với cái khóa HTTPS cho an tâm. Mình không đăng ký hay làm gì sâu, chỉ bấm qua vài mục xem cách họ sắp xếp thông tin thôi, cảm giác điều hướng ổn, không bị vòng vèo. Trên đầu trang còn có chỗ hiển thị thời điểm kiểm tra link nên nhìn phát biết luôn, khỏi phải đoán. Nói chung…
