Inside Matt's Kitchen


I was about to write “You may know me from…” but then a thought crossed my mind... No, you definitely don't know me.


I am relatively new and fresh member of the CSWLC team. I was always around, but never really involved too much. That has changed in 2021. Here I am and I would like to introduce you to a new series coming to the blog - Inside Matt's Kitchen


My name is Mateusz Bargiel. I am former athlete, passionate about all sports & fitness. I have a degree in Tourism and Leisure, but I am only just discovering how deep the rabbit hole is.

I am blessed and cursed at the same time with a very wide interest, and I think putting it out somewhere where I can write about anything I want, is a good idea to start channeling my interests. When it comes to the blog, I think I will limit myself to only one of my passions, which is food.


Now, food – the one thing that matters, it has got to be delicious! This is not going to be set of guidelines on how to eat healthy, or to fit things into a nutrition plan. This is not going to be any guidelines really. This will be set of my own recipes that are f****** delicious (many inspired by chefs and people who cook amazing stuff).

If you think that you are not going to like it, or you don’t think you can eat things like this on your current nutrition plan, feel free to ignore it. If you are one of those that like to keep balanced diet and can treat themselves every now and then, or your training routine burns thousands of calories a day, and you pretty much don’t care, then this is the place for you.


I will not be covering nutrition at all. I will not tell you how and what to eat. I will maybe mention approx. number of calories and macro elements on the end of each post. What you will do with it, is entirely up to you.
